This town, loaded with community spirit is located between the English River and Lac Seul. If you are heading to Ear Falls from Fort Frances or International Falls, Minnesota you'll take Highway 11 east for approximately 30 km (18 miles). Then at the intersection of Highway 11 and Highway 502, make a left and go north on Highway 502 until you get to Highway 17 at the City of Dryden. The drive along to Dryden is 151 km (95 miles). You can turn right into Dryden and pick up any supplies you may need or make a left on Highway 17 and go west towards Vermilion Bay. At Vermilion Bay, make a right and go north on Highway 105 for just over 100 km (63 miles) to reach Ear Falls.

From Winnipeg, you'll take the Trans Canada Highway (Highway 1 in Manitoba and Highway 17 in Ontario) and go east for about 300 km (190 miles) until you reach Vermilion Bay. Make a left onto Highway 105 at Vermilion Bay and go north on Highway 105 for just over 100 km (63 miles) to reach Ear Falls.

If you're coming from Thunder Bay, you'll take the Trans Canada Highway 17 and go west 385 km (238 miles) until you reach Vermilion Bay. At Vermilion Bay, make a right and go north on Highway 105 for just over 100 km (63 miles) to reach Ear Falls.
