Outposts are cottages located in remote wilderness areas. Generally you either fly-in or boat-in the cabin. Often your camp is the only building for many miles. Some lakes will have only one outpost and your group will enjoy your fishing or hunting trip in total seclusion. What a way to spend your vacation days!
Most of the outposts in the area are accessed by float plane. You'll meet your hosts at their Air Plane Base and fly to your secluded lake from there. With so many lakes in the area, its hard to mention them all, but here's some of the fly-in lakes you can go fishing at: Action, Aerial, Allison, Antenna, Apps, Bear Paw, Bertha, Bertrand, Betty, Birch, Birmingham, Blackbirch, Broken Falls, Brokenmouth, Brownstone, Carillon, Carroll, Casummit, Cherrington, Cobham, Cochrane, Confederation, Conifer, Crooked, Dead Dog, Deer, Findlay, Gitche, Grace, Hailstone, Hammerhead, Headwaters, Irwin, Jeanette, Jubilee, Kamungishkamo, Kapikik, Loree, Margaret, McVicar, Okanse, Papaonga, Perrigo, Philclub, Pine Needle, Pusher, Redpath, Ruddy, Saddle, Sand Point, Seagraves, Shabumeni, Shearstone, Springpole, Sumach, Swain, Upper Wapesi, Upturnedroot, Vee, Wakeman, Wapesi, Washagomis, Wavell, Wenasaga, Wine, and Woman Lakes.
