Northern Pike fishing in the Ignace and surrounding area

There are many opportunities in Ignace and the surrounding area for Northern Pike fishing. Some lakes that you might visit are Blueberry, Divided, Gary, Gilbraltor, Greystone, Handcuff, Lake of Bays, Squaw, Six Mile lake, Ten Mile lake Sturgeon, English River, Vista, Pepperbell and many, many more. A few 18-25 Lb Northern Pikes are caught every year. The Weedy Beds in Sturgeon Lake provide the perfect place for them to hide and for you to find them.

Many of these lodges are drive-in easy access, and some have boat launches so feel free to bring your own boat. if your looking for something a little more exotic there are also some fly-in fishing lodges offered, fly into secluded islands, beaches and sometimes your own private lake.
