Vacationing in Ignace? Join in on one of the festivities. White Otter Days offers many fun-filled events during the month of July. There is a fishing tournament on Agimak Lake, as well as golf, dart and baseball tournaments to participate in. Attend the annual Music Festival or the Ignace Children's Festival. Winter Carnival - The Winter Carnival is held over two weekends in the middle of February. It includes such events as Ignace Otters Snowmobile Club Derby Run, a Bantams Tournament, Public Skating, Couples' Hockey, the Health Fair, bowling, 3 on 3 basketball, and a family slide and bonfire.

Ice Fishing Challenge - February or March - Join in the ice fishing fun at West Beach on Agimak Lake. Cash prizes. For more information, call Charlene Mackey at 807-934-6881.

Northwestern Hockey Sports Camp - Programs for all levels throughout July including an All Girls Program, Initiation Phease, Competitive Phrase I & II, and High Performance Phase .

• Annual John Ricci Memorial Music Festival - Concert "Under the Tent" at the Ignace Rec Centre
• John Ricci Memorial Junior Music Festival - Held at the Ignace Arena. A friendly, fun filled day for the whole family. Crafts, games, face painting, balloons, prizes and much more!
